We are looking for a Senior Digital Content & Product Marketing Lead (Yes, You Get Opinions) - to work with its established team of professionals. The position is hybrid/remote and available to Philippine applicants, preferably Cebu-based.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Promet Source is seeking an experienced Sr. Digital Content Marketer to join our team remotely. The Sr. Digital Content Marketer will assist with programs and campaigns that support business objectives while creating and optimizing digital content and assets.
In this role, you will maintain knowledge of SEO and digital trends by researching, analyzing, and implementing best practices, while having ownership over our email marketing program. The Sr. Digital Content Marketer will be responsible for creating compelling and optimized content across multiple platforms to support sales and marketing initiatives for demand and lead generation.
Duties and Responsibilities
What You’ll Actually Do (a.k.a. The Fun Stuff)
Own the full content engine—from big ideas to polished execution to smart distribution—making sure everything we publish is on-brand, audience-obsessed, and built to drive traffic, engagement, and demos.
Lead product marketing through content, creating and optimizing assets (blogs, articles, videos, guides, third-party listings, and comparison pages) that clearly communicate value and move buyers closer to booking a demo.
Activate content across third-party platforms (think review sites, partner marketplaces, directories, and sponsored placements) to expand reach, build credibility, and drive qualified demo traffic.
Run email like a pro in HubSpot—owning newsletters, promotions, and automated nurture campaigns that turn curious leads into sales-ready opportunities.
Write, design, test, and optimize high-performing email campaigns, constantly experimenting to improve open rates, clicks, conversions, and pipeline impact.
Publish weekly, SEO-optimized blog content that attracts the right audience and supports product positioning, demand generation, and organic growth.
Experiment relentlessly with A/B testing and messaging variations to sharpen positioning, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates across channels.
Create sales enablement content—presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards—that help sales teams tell a clear, compelling product story.
Develop scripts and content for demos, webinars, trainings, awards submissions, and thought leadership moments that showcase product value in plain English.
Support website content by writing and optimizing product pages, solution overviews, and guides that turn visitors into demo requests.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, subject matter experts, product, and sales to ship content that’s accurate, engaging, and actually useful.
Track what matters—monitoring traffic, engagement, conversions, and demo performance to spot opportunities, double down on what works, and ditch what doesn’t.
Stay sharp on market trends, competitors, and best practices, continuously evolving our content and product marketing strategy.
Pitch in where needed, because growing teams move fast and wear smart hats—not busywork ones.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in digital marketing, email marketing, demand generation, lead acquisition, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Exceptionally strong SEO content creation abilities across different platforms (GA4 Certified is a plus).
- Experience and proven results with email marketing and automation platforms (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
- Ability to understand marketing analytics, iterate and improve campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Collaborative team player with creative problem-solving skills.
- Comfort learning and mastering new technologies and strategies.
