About the Role

Promet Source is seeking a skilled writer to lead and elevate our proposal production process. This individual will be responsible for crafting and refining exceptional client-facing deliverables, including written proposals and sales presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate our value and resonate with prospective clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting compelling, competitive, and engaging proposals that drive success.
  • Streamlining our proposal process to maximize both efficiency and quality.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive content library.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to formulate winning strategies for each pitch.
  • Strategically gathering insights from subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure we position ourselves for success in every deal.
  • Analyzing complex documents and staying current with industry best practices.
  • Producing polished, high-quality proposals that not only meet all requirements but also demonstrate exceptional proofreading, editing, research, and formatting skills.
  • Ensuring all RFP requirements are thoroughly addressed and fulfilled.

Qualifications

  • You are a writer at heart—it's what you do, and it's what you're passionate about. Writing all day long is your ideal job.
  • You have 2-4 years of experience writing proposals, preferably for a digital or marketing agency. That said, if you can craft a winning proposal for something as niche as widgets, we’re intrigued—because that level of versatility is impressive.
  • You have the ability to analyze and interpret RFPs, pulling out key requirements and collaborating with the sales team to develop a strategic approach for each opportunity.
  • You have strong opinions on proposal writing tools and processes. We’re seeking someone with expertise and genuine passion for refining and improving these areas.
  • While we have a talented in-house creative team, we expect you to produce clear, visually appealing documents, even if you're not a Photoshop expert.
  • You thrive in a remote work environment and are productive from the comfort of your home office, as our entire team works remotely.

 Promet Source Offers

  • Competitive base salary

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
