WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an RFP PROPOSAL SPECIALIST to work with its established team of professionals. The position is remote and available to Philippine applicants, preferably Cebu-based.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Promet Source is looking for a writer, more specifically we are searching for a talented writer that can assist with the proposal production process. This person will enhance the team’s development of outstanding potential client-facing deliverables including written proposals and sales presentations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Write smart, competitive, and interesting proposals that WIN!
  • Optimize our proposal process with efficiency and quality in mind
  • Work alongside the sales and marketing team on formulating a winning strategy for each pitch 
  • Strategically gather input from SMEs in the company to make sure we give ourselves a great shot at winning any deal we chase
  • Comprehend complex documents and industry best practices
  • Actualize written proposals that comply with regulatory criteria as well as show exceptional skills in proofing and editing, researching, and formatting documents 
  • Perform other RFP related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • You are a writer. It’s what you do. It’s what you want to do. Writing all day is your dream job.
  • 2-4 years experience writing proposals for a digital or marketing agency. That said, if you can write a winning proposal in another industry we’d like to hear from you-that’s also impressive.
  • You’re able to analyze and interpret RFPs and assist in extracting requirements, developing a win strategy, & writing engaging content.
  • You have experience with/opinions regarding proposal writing tools, proposal procedures, etc. We are looking for expertise and passion in this area.
  • Experience with website of agency work.
  • Preferably with Web RFP/Web Design experience.
  • Ability to be productive working remotely.
